Workshop on “Intercultural Dialogue and Culture of Peace” concludes
A one-day workshop on public dialogue was concluded on September 21st 2018 in the Ugandan capital, Kampala at Uganda Museum. The workshop will help the participants acquire specific skills that will enable them to mobilize required knowledge and attitudes of peace when interacting with people of diverse backgrounds in Uganda and back home (in South Sudan). The intercultural dialogue will enable different communities of South Sudan like Acholi, Azande, Bari, Dinka, Nuer Murle, Shilluk, Kakwa and many other communities not mentioned here to have deeper understanding of each other. The understanding will provide the basis of trust which in turn enables them to live peacefully.
